Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- ½ cup cornstarch
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- ½ cup cold water
- ½ tsp salt
- Oil for frying
For the Honey Garlic Sauce:
- ⅓ cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (slurry)

Instructions
1. Prepare Chicken Batter
- In a bowl, whisk flour, cornstarch, salt, egg, and cold water until smooth.
- Toss chicken pieces in the batter until well-coated.
2. Fry Chicken
